GHT is utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology on base building and interior projects totaling nearly 4,000,000 SF of space. The use of BIM enhances collaboration among design team members and between disciplines. GHT has been using an Autodesk® BIM product – Revit® MEP – since its inception to continue our history of remaining on the leading edge of technology.
 
The firm’s approach to training is a key component of our successful utilization of BIM. GHT has launched an immersive program that allows our engineers to hone their skills on simulated projects before being assigned to active projects. Engineers from each discipline collaborate to design the simulated project from start to finish, ensuring a holistic BIM education for our staff.
