Kristine Barr develops and implements GHT’s firmwide programs for project development, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, construction phase administration, and staff training. She provides critical project and client coordination that ensures our workload and deliverables stay on track.

Offering more than 17 years of experience in engineering, construction, and project management operations, Kristine is recognized as a leader in the field of program management. She attended Mary Washington University and is certified in Construction Document Technology.
