Jeffrey Salay provides mechanical engineering design for commercial office buildings with a strong focus on highly efficient HVAC systems. He also applies his 18 years of experience to conduct assessments and feasibility studies for building systems; provide energy management solutions; and perform ENERGY STAR® benchmarking. As the Building Systems Studio Leader, he oversees all project teams and ensures the successful completion of all deliverables.

A Professional Engineer and LEED Accredited Professional, Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland. He is a member of the Baltimore Chapter of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). Jeffrey earned a certificate of training on The Commonwealth of Virginia Construction and Professional Services Manual (CPSM) from the Bureau of Capital Outlay Management (BCOM).
