Rockville Town Square

Rockville Town Square is transit-oriented development (TOD) that offers residences, retail, and restaurants in an urban village setting. Located two blocks from the Rockville station on Metro’s Red Line, it also features the 100,000 SF Montgomery County Library flagship branch and a 40,000 SF Arts and Innovations Center. The center is a community destination for cultural education, exhibits, and performances, as well as the home of the Metropolitan Center for the Visual Arts at Rockville. The venue features teaching and artist studios, art galleries, a retail galleria, and meeting and event space.

Residential options range from studios to three-bedroom penthouses at the Palladian Condominiums, and one, two, and three bedroom units at the Fenestra Apartments. To support the development, 500,000 SF of parking includes 1,700 spaces in three public garages and one private garage.
