Formerly known as New Skies Satellites, SES WORLD SKIES’ 30,000 SF Northern Virginia operations center includes a 10,000 SF data center with provisions to operate office space 24/7 and a 1,000 SF satellite operations center that can serve up to six satellite dishes.

GHT designed mechanical and electrical systems for N+1 redundancy with integrated capacity for future growth and expansion. All building systems backed up by generators in case of power disruption. The project contains 20,000 SF of raised floor structure.
