A Fortune 500 corporation consolidated multiple Northern Virginia offices into a single, 14-story Dulles location. GHT provided MEP engineering design for a variety of specialty spaces including 11,000 SF of cafeteria and kitchen areas; 5,000 SF of conference space; a 3,000 SF training center; and 1,500 SF computer room. All electronic equipment in the building is backed up by an uninterruptable power system (UPS), including a parallel UPS system located in the computer room.
