The Mason Inn Conference Center & Hotel is Virginia's First LEED Gold Hotel and George Mason University's First LEED Gold Building. The 179,000 SF, seven-story destination includes 148 guest rooms, restaurant, lobby, 20,000 SF IACC certified conference room, and flexible meeting room spaces. The full-service facility also includes state-of-the-art technology, a business center, and fitness center.

The project achieved a certification level of Gold under the LEED for New Construction & Major Renovations™ rating system.
