Fairfax County initiated the development of a new Human Services Center at Willow Oaks Business Park. In addition to traditional office space, this five-story, 100,000 SF facility contains examination rooms, conference rooms, classrooms, a pharmacy and 24/7 emergency operations center. It also features a 1,500 SF data center that serves as a hub for the County's medical records storage. MEP systems include a 400-ton chilled water plant that separates 90 tons to be available for 24/7 operations and life safety.
