Standards in Motion
GHT recognizes that public service environments are evolving to reflect elements of commercial and institutional design. Sustainability is a key goal. Yet government spaces must often be created within more stringent timelines, budgets, and procedures. GHT has worked extensively with GSA, numerous other federal agencies, and state and local governments to engineer exceptional spaces that work with their requirements.
This experience with government processes is invaluable when working under indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) and task order contracts. GHT has provided MEP engineering design services through these types of contracts for numerous public and private sector clients, including renovation projects for GSA tenants in both commercial and government buildings.
