George Mason University (Mason) selected the team of Wisnewski Blair & Associates, Ltd (WBA), an HGA company, and GHT for a one-year term contract to provide investigations, studies, reports, and design of small projects for a variety of campus facilities. The term contract can be renewed for three additional years.

GHT’s contribution to contract tasks has included:

• MEP analysis for a Food Service Master Plan, encompassing a study to evaluate existing food service facilities and recommendations for system upgrades
• MEP construction documents for the renovation of a vacant retail space at Tidewater Hall into a combined Red Mango Frozen Yogurt/Aunt Annie’s Pretzels food establishment
• MEP construction documents for the renovation of an existing office space at the Kimmy Nguyen Engineering Building into an Einstein’s Bagels food establishment
