The program’s new 70,000 SF classroom and administration building serves 3,000 students and 90 full-time faculty members. The project achieved a certification level of Gold under the LEED for New Construction & Major Renovations™ rating system. Sustainable features include:

- High efficiency building envelope and lighting and HVAC systems designed to exceed ASHRAE 90.1 criteria by 40%
