GHT is performing fundamental commissioning for the Three White Flint core and shell building in support of the pursuit of a certification level of Gold under the LEED for New Construction & Major Renovations™ rating system. The new 14-story facility will house nearly 1,500 federal workers in a sustainable environment that supports productivity and collaboration.

The overarching goal of the system commissioning plan is to ensure that, upon project completion, the complete, integrated mechanical and electrical systems are properly installed, perform according to specification, and operate correctly – both as individual components and parts of the overall system. 

GHT also designed MEP systems for the base building and federal tenant space at Three White Flint North.
