Woodland Park is a premiere office park developed along Northern Virginia’s growing Dulles Toll Road “Technology Corridor.” The 170-acre mixed-use site features commercial office buildings with immediate access to exciting residential, restaurants, and hospitality options. GHT provided MEP engineering design for multiple commercial office buildings within the complex, including:

• A six-story, 250,000 SF, built-to-suit regional headquarters for Computer Associates. The building features a training center, day care facility, fitness center and racquetball court, computer center, and a full service kitchen with cafeteria
• Waterview I, a 13-story, 400,000 SF, Class A office building on a waterfront site. GHT designed chilled water, variable air volume (VAV) air conditioning system and provided electrical power distribution through two vertical bus duct risers
• Plaza Ridge I & II and South Pointe I & II, a complex of four six-story, 156,000 SF office buildings. These buildings have nearly column-free floor plans; are air conditioned by water-cooled, self-contained VAV systems; and feature systems control and monitoring by a computer-based building management system
