Cassidy Turley initiated a repositioning strategy that capitalizes on the property’s prime location between the Dupont Circle and Farragut North stations on Metro’s Red Line.

GHT is designing significant MEP system upgrades to the base building and tenant spaces to improve performance, including conversion to a chilled beam HVAC system. Additional improvements include upgrades to the façade, main entrance, building courtyard, fitness facility, and elevators.
