Three White Flint North

Three White Flint North is part of the North Bethesda Center mixed-use development. The new 14-story facility will house nearly 1,500 federal workers in a sustainable environment that supports productivity and collaboration. The project team is pursuing a certification level of Gold under the LEED for New Construction & Major Renovations™ rating system.

The design team is seeking an Exemplary Performance credits by targeting a 40% reduction in potable water use through the use of water-conserving plumbing fixtures. The GHT team also implemented an energy recovery strategy to counteract efficiency losses from increased ventilation and provided individual lighting controls to 90% of the building users, achieved cost‐effectively by being incorporated into system furniture task lighting. The facility will also include 20 electric vehicle charging stations in a 300-space parking garage.
