In collaboration with Gensler, GHT employed Revit® MEP building information modeling (BIM) software to provide full documentation for this three-story law firm fit-out at Square 54. Vinson & Elkins’ new DC location offers employees immediate access to Georgetown and Central Business District.

Amenities include a hospitality suite, wellness room, 14 conference rooms, and training room to support more than 120 attorneys, paralegals, secretaries, and project assistants. The project team is pursuing Certification under the LEED for Commercial Interiors™ rating system.
