Toyota Motor Sales’ government affairs office is located in Washington, DC’s renowned Homer Building. GHT provided MEP Engineering Design that helped the project achieve a certification level of Silver under the LEED for Commercial Interiors ™ rating system. Notably, 100% of the space’s electricity is supplied by a renewable electrical source, including wind power, and a highly efficient lighting system that helps reduce overall energy usage with a calculated Lighting Power Density (LPD) of .75 watts/SF. Individual environmental controls are offered throughout the space.
