GHT provided MEP Engineering Design for floors three through six of Ernst & Young’s New York Avenue office in Washington, DC, as well as a copy center on the lower level. The project was constructed on an aggressive schedule in a new, Class A office building.

The office features perimeter and interior closed offices with large areas of open plan with systems furniture workstations. Additional amenities include a training facility, conference rooms, copy/pantry spaces, LAN Rooms, a Data Center and a large copy/mail facility.
