Dewey & LeBoeuf is located on five floors and features typical partner, associate, and paralegal offices with support spaces on the top three floors of the building. A conference center and legal library occupy a portion of the building’s ground floor and concourse
The conference center includes a 250-seat sloped auditorium with full audio-visual capabilities, upgraded lighting and 24/7 HVAC systems. All conference rooms in the law firm’s space are equipped for video and teleconferencing.
Due to the physical constraints of the building’s slab-to-slab clearances, unique base building design features, client preferences, and a very detailed architectural design, this project required intensive collaboration with the architect, Gensler, during expanded schematic design and design development phases.
