Bryan Cave’s new space was built out in a six-story historic building attached to a new 11-story tower. The top floor of the historic portion of the building was reinvented as a high-tech conference center, requiring a great deal of coordination between GHT, OPX, and James G. Davis Construction Corporation.
The project achieved a certification level of Gold under LEED for Commercial Interiors™ rating system. Using innovative sustainable materials, the design team created a sophisticated, environmentally conscious space for the law firm while showing consideration for the historic context.
