Press Release Patrick Kunze Promoted to Principal 07/07/09 ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA – GHT Limited is pleased to announce the promotion of Patrick Kunze to Principal.   Since joining GHT in 2004, Mr. Kunze has continued to take on additional responsibilities and projects of increasing complexities. He has been involved in the design of over a dozen LEED CI projects including the U.S. Green Building Council headquarters in Washington, DC, recently awarded LEED platinum certification under LEED version 3.0. Mr. Kunze currently serves as the leader of the mechanical section of GHT’s Interiors Studio in addition to his mechanical design and project manager duties. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, and a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. He received a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University in 2001 and recently earned his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from George Mason University.
