Press Release Ray Smith Promoted to Principal 05/12/09 ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA – GHT Limited is pleased to announce the promotion of Ray Smith to Principal.   A valuable member of GHT for nearly twenty years, Mr. Smith, continues to provide valuable perspective on the operating profeciency of building systems based on his unique background.  Over the course of his career he has worked with building systems as a service technician/installer, building engineer and designer. This experience has been supplemented through active involvement in industry organizations such as the Building Commissioning Association (BCA), American Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), and American Society of Heating, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). He is also one of a select group of BCA members who have earned the designation of Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP). Remaining in his current role as Director of Operation Phase Services, Mr. Smith will continue to provide outstanding service to owners, design teams and construction representatives.
