Meeting the Team
GHT has adopted a project-team approach to delivering design phase and construction phase services. We hand-select each design team to ensure that members’ skills best match project needs. Each team is headed by a principal and project manager, offering clients the leadership and experience that comes with strong senior staff involvement, coupled with the talents and creativity of the team as a whole.
On Solid Ground
We believe that a project’s most critical decisions should be made face-to-face with clients. That’s why our project teams meet with client teams to define important requirements and expectations of project elements, including budget and schedule. Our up-front, personal approach doesn’t stop with the first meeting, however. GHT has extensive knowledge and industry exposure in this area, enabling us to offer clients our expertise, strong ties with code administrators, and Peer Review as an in-house service.
Getting it Built
Our attentiveness to clients and industry partners doesn’t end when we hand over the plans. Our involvement continues through move-in -- and beyond. We’re readily available to answer contractors’ questions and address inspectors’ issues. And we’re able to nimbly respond to the changing needs of tenants -- and the environments in which they operate.
